With the NFL Draft this week, hundreds of thousands of people will be crowding into music city. Be prepared for extra traffic, loads of shows, and endless energy!!
We've got your back on all the do's and don'ts of the highly anticipated NFL Draft weekend beginning Thursday, April 25th through Saturday, April 27th here in Nashville!
DO check out Tailgate on Music Row for a little Bacon Mac'n Cheese Pizza and beer tasting platter while watching all the action go down on one of their many TV screens.
DO be prepared for events to be going on around the clock; however, the actual Draft begins 7pm on Thursday, 6pm on Friday, and 11am on Saturday.
DO get ready to put on your dancing boots, Dierks Bentley is set to perform at an NFL draft affiliated stage outside the venue April 27th.
DO expect to see some of the most talented athletes of the world gathering on the NFL Draft red carpet Thursday, April, 25th at the Riverfront Park.
DO be get to the airport early, because 30,000 people are expected to be departing Sunday and Monday after The Draft.
DON'T head out to restaurants and hotels before contacting them to confirm availability as many are holding private events.
DON'T be surprised to see very tight security around the city, there will be over 400 police on staff among security personnel and firefighters.
DON'T forget to check out the Oikos Triple Zero NFL Draft experience that includes games, virtual reality experiences, players signing autographs and more! What's even cooler is that it's all free!
DON'T worry if you're trying to avoid the craziness of the downtown area, Ainsworth Nashville is having a viewing party hosted by Merril Hodge from ESPN and Eric Wood from the Buffalo Bills.
DON'T be surprised to see over 300,000 people crowding into Nashville the weekend of the draft, it'll be a full house!
